Jennifer Isik is a seven-year educator with an undergraduate degree in English Secondary Education from Hofstra University, a Master's Degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from Adelphi University, and a Certificate in School Administration and Leadership from Long Island University.

Laurel is currently a tenured teacher at East Rockaway Jr./Sr. High School where she teaches a range of English classes including AP Seminar and Academic Intervention Services. In her free time, Jennifer is an avid reader and writer.
